Easiest fish to cook. Fried tilapia is my go to food on Sundays.

Ingredients:

  • Tilapia
  • Salt
  • Oil

Have the store clean your tilapia.

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Score the fish once or twice.
  3. Season with salt, both side
  4. Once pan is hot, cook tilapia - about 8 minutes or so.
  5. Remove from pan and placed to plate with paper towel.
  6. Serve.
